Our mentoring program provides compassionate, trauma-informed support to adult survivors impacted by domestic violence, sexual abuse, and sex trafficking. Through one-on-one mentorship, group sessions, and empowerment workshops, we help survivors reclaim their voice, rebuild their self-worth, and take meaningful steps toward healing and independence. Designed 2 Succeed is committed to walking alongside victims and survivors as they navigate their journey from trauma to transformation—because healing begins with hope, and no one should have to walk alone.

   Strength in Brotherhood- A men's Empowerment Support Circle
Strength in Brotherhood is a space created for both young and seasoned men navigating life’s many transitions—whether personal, professional, emotional, or spiritual. Led by men, for men, this supportive space encourages open conversation, growth, and accountability. Through peer mentorship, real-life discussions, and empowerment-focused gatherings, participants are equipped to face challenges with resilience, clarity, and purpose. Together, we strengthen one another to become better leaders, fathers, partners, and individuals—because every man deserves a space to be heard, healed, and empowered.

SHE Thrives – A women’s Empowerment Support Circle

SHE Thrives is a safe and supportive space for women navigating the many seasons of life—from singleness, marriage, and divorce to the transitions of premenopause and menopause. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or simply in need of encouragement, this community is here to remind you that you’re not alone—and that you still have so much life and purpose ahead.

Through a blend of virtual and in-person gatherings, SHE Thrives offers:

• Empowerment sessions led by inspiring facilitators
• Honest, judgment-free conversations about real-life challenges
• Tools for emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness
• Sisterhood that uplifts and connects across life stages

Our  Diamonds in the Rough program is dedicated to empowering female teenagers to recognize their unique value and untapped potential. Through personalized mentoring, supportive guidance, and skill-building activities, we help young women navigate life’s challenges with confidence, resilience, and grace. This program fosters self-discovery, leadership development, and positive decision-making—helping each participant shine brightly as the remarkable individual she is destined to become. At Designed 2 Succeed, we believe every diamond shines most brilliantly when polished with care and encouragement.

“Nurturing Potential, Igniting Success”

Our support group for teenage boys creates a safe and empowering space where young men can discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop essential life skills. Whether they face challenges or simply seek growth, this program nurtures their potential and ignites the drive for success. Through mentorship, positive role models, and skill-building activities, we help boys build resilience, leadership, and a strong sense of purpose. This empowerment circle is dedicated to supporting military spouses as they navigate the unique challenges of military life—frequent relocations, career disruptions, emotional stress, and more. Through personalized coaching, mental health support, and transformative workshops, we provide tools for emotional, mental, and physical well-being. Our mission is to cultivate resilience, strengthen community, and empower military spouses to thrive with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
