As we begin the 2026 New Year, Designed 2 Succeed Corporation is delighted to welcome back Dr. Ron O. Youmans to host and facilitate the first “Strength in Brotherhood” session for men on January 29, 2026.
Dr. Youmans brings more than 30 years of experience in education, having served in multiple roles throughout South Carolina school districts, from teacher to principal. He currently serves as the Director of Alternative Programs for the Colleton County School District. His guiding motto is, “I’m too blessed to be stressed.”
This men-only session offers a space for empowerment, encouragement, and meaningful connection in a nonjudgmental environment. It is not a group psychotherapy session or a religious study group, but an opportunity for men to engage, share, and grow together.

Global Rise Mentorship Winter Cohort -January 2026
The Global Rise International Mentorship Program is a six weeks program consisting of group sessions and one-on-one meetings, designed for individuals working in helping professions in their countries—particularly in underserved or remote areas—such as counseling, social work, and related fields. This supportive, cross-cultural initiative fosters professional growth, resilience, and global collaboration. Mentees in the program include licensed mental health professionals and scholars.
