Ms. Felecia Bellamy
Ms. Felecia Bellamy is a dedicated educator and professional counselor, currently residing in Longs, South Carolina. She is the mother of five children and the grandmother of seven grandchildren.
Before entering the field of education, Ms. Bellamy worked for ten years at the Department of Social Services as an Eligibility Worker and Foster Care Case Manager, gaining valuable experience in advocacy and support for families and children.
With a career spanning eighteen years in Horry County Schools, Ms. Bellamy has made a significant impact on the lives of students and the school community. She currently serves as the Assistant Principal at Waterway Elementary School and previously worked as a school counselor at Riverside Elementary, where she was honored as the 2020–2021 Teacher of the Year for her outstanding contributions to student support and development. Prior to that, she served as a Career Development Facilitator at North Myrtle Beach Middle and High School. Additionally, she was the JV cheerleading coach for ten years at North Myrtle Beach High School.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Ms. Bellamy is an active member of Fremont Missionary Baptist Church, where she serves as the Youth Choir and Program Committee President. She also sings in the choir and teaches youth Sunday School, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing the spiritual growth of young people in her community.
In addition to her work in education and church involvement, Ms. Bellamy is a professional counselor at the Center of Counseling and Wellness. She is also the owner of Inspire Counseling LLC and Felecia’s Destinations LLC, where she continues to support individuals in their personal growth and wellness journeys.
Ms. Bellamy’s academic achievements reflect her commitment to education and personal development. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2004 with a degree in Sociology. She further pursued her passion for counseling by earning a Master of Arts in Human Relations with a concentration in Counseling Education and Family Services from Liberty University in 2007. In 2009, she completed a Master’s degree in Counseling Education at Cambridge College and later returned to Cambridge to obtain an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership/School Administration in 2012.
Ms. Bellamy’s dedication to education, her leadership skills, and her commitment to her family and community define her as a respected figure and an inspiration to many.

As we begin the 2026 New Year, Designed 2 Succeed Corporation is delighted to welcome back Dr. Ron O. Youmans to host and facilitate the first “Strength in Brotherhood” session for men on January 29, 2026.
Dr. Youmans brings more than 30 years of experience in education, having served in multiple roles throughout South Carolina school districts, from teacher to principal. He currently serves as the Director of Alternative Programs for the Colleton County School District. His guiding motto is, “I’m too blessed to be stressed.”
This men-only session offers a space for empowerment, encouragement, and meaningful connection in a nonjudgmental environment. It is not a group psychotherapy session or a religious study group, but an opportunity for men to engage, share, and grow together.
