Ulonda D. Drayton is a powerful Life Navigator, Quality Assurance Coach, minister, and psalmist whose mission is to help women embrace healing, growth, and purpose. For over two decades, she has guided countless women who feel stuck at life’s crossroads, helping them navigate detours and step boldly into the lives they desire. Grounded in her deep relationship with God and a strong prayer life, Ulonda’s coaching delivers real transformation and lasting impact.
She is the founder of The Morphing Place and the Millionaire & Mastermind Accountability Group, author of Navigate Your Life, and host of The Authentic Journey Podcast. Ulonda also leads the annual Hey Sis! It’s Ok! Retreat, a safe space for women to embrace authenticity, healing, and restoration. Serving as a minister, psalmist, and facilitator for Divine Daughters at Christ Temple, Ulonda continues to empower women everywhere to discover their “why” and walk in their God-given destiny.

Dr. Ron O. Youmans was raised in Ruffin, SC. He graduated from Walterboro High School in 1990 and from Claflin College in 1995 with a degree in Elementary Education. He is a member of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. He has two sons, Ron O. Youmans II and Dennis W. Youmans. He pastored the New Beginnings Church of God, located in Orangeburg, SC, for 19 years. Dr. Youmans now works for the Colleton County School District, where he serves as the Director of Alternative Programs. His motto is: “I’m too blessed to be stressed.”

Global Rise Mentorship Winter Cohort -January 2026
The Global Rise International Mentorship Program is a six weeks program consisting of group sessions and one-on-one meetings, designed for individuals working in helping professions in their countries—particularly in underserved or remote areas—such as counseling, social work, and related fields. This supportive, cross-cultural initiative fosters professional growth, resilience, and global collaboration. Mentees in the program include licensed mental health professionals and scholars.
